The team of the Armenian Red Cross Society, on the instructions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, completed its mission in the territory of the “Surmalu” shopping center after about 150 hours of continuous work. 

The team of the Armenian Red Cross Society joined the work carried out by the Ministry of Emergency Situations on August 14, after the explosion in the “Surmalu” shopping center.

It should be noted that the bodies of 16 citizens were found as a result of search and rescue operations. Rescuers are currently looking for one citizen. According to the spokesperson of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, one of the two wanted people is the person who died, but identification has not been made yet.
