Due to the operative-investigative measures undertaken by the criminal detectives of the Shengavit Police Department, 59-year-old Armen Kh. was found in Hrazdan Gorge on August 27, brought to the department, and arrested. He was wanted under Article 314 of the RA Criminal Code (by the accusation of spreading false information about terrorism), RA police reports.

A restraining order was imposed on him.
