Chairman of the National Assembly of Armenia Alen Simonyan sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the declaration of the Republic of Artsakh. 

“Dear compatriots,

The issue of the status of Nagorno Karabakh, which is being discussed on internal and external platforms, is under the mandate of the co-chairmanship of the OSCE Minsk Group, all other discussions have nothing to do with reality.

In meetings with international partners, we have raised the question and will continue to remind that the humanitarian problems caused by the 44-day war have not been resolved, a huge cultural heritage is on the verge of destruction, and the return of our compatriots who are in captivity and hostages is urgent.

Our message is to achieve long-term peace in the Nagorno-Karabakh issue for the sake of the rights and security of Artsakh Armenians,” the message reads.
