On August 21, search and rescue operations going on in the area of “Surmalu” shopping center, Ministry of Emergency Situations reports.

Rescue workers of the rescue department of the Yerevan State Emergency Service, the special purpose rescue operations center of the Rescue Forces Department, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Operations Department, and the on-duty teams of the Medical Support Department are working at the scene of the incident.

Search and rescue operations are carried out at 1 site. 1 water carrier of the municipality, as well as 3 tractors, 2 dump trucks, and 1 truck crane are involved in the works.
