On August 19, search and rescue operations go on in the “Surmalu” shopping center, RA Ministry Emergency Situations reports. 
 
33 rescuers are working at the scene (including 9 rescuers from the rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, 15 rescuers from the special purpose rescue operations center of the Rescue Forces Department, 9 rescuers from the on-duty teams of the Fire Fighting and Rescue Organization Department and the Medical Support Department), as well as 14 volunteers from the “Red Cross” humanitarian organization.
 
Search and rescue operations are carried out at one site. 1 water carrier of the municipality, as well as 2 tractors, 2 dump trucks, and 1 truck crane are involved in the works.
