To get familiar with the work of winter conscription started on January 9, RA Defense Minister Suren Papikyan, accompanied by Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, First Deputy Minister of Defense, Major General Eduard Asryan, visited the central assembly station of the Defense Ministry.

Those responsible for the conscription process presented to the head of the defense department the process of meeting and accepting conscripts, medical examination, as well as the organization of the lottery.

Suren Papikyan toured the assembly station, gave instructions to conduct the whole process of military recruitment effectively and properly.

The Minister of Defense also talked to the young men who are going to serve and wished them a good service.
