Sotk, Kut, Norabak communities suffered the most from the latest Azerbaijani attack, RA Human Rights Defender Kristine Grigoryan said during the “Facebook press conference” of “Azatutyun.”  There are 7,600 displaced by recent hostilities.

“At the moment, our office has data on 16 servicemen who are kept as POWs, but this number can change very quickly.  
Today I had a phone conversation with Human Rights Watch and based on the facts I presented, I asked them to consider the possibility of conducting a fact-finding mission and presenting a special report,” Kristine Grigoryan stated.
