Russian President Vladimir Putin and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev had a telephone conversation.

The Russian President congratulated his Azerbaijani colleague on his birthday.

“Some issues of the practical implementation of tripartite agreements between the leaders of Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan were also discussed, in particular, in connection with ensuring the security of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border,” the press service of the Kremlin said.
