President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko and Tajikistan’s President Emomali Rahmon arrived in Armenia for the participation in the session of the CSTO Collective Security Council.

Russian President Vladimir Putin will also arrive in Armenia for the summit.

The CSTO summit is scheduled in Yerevan on November 23.
