RA National Speaker Alen Simonyan announced that  Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will come to the National Assembly at 11:00 a.m. to present the situation at that moment.

Simonyan also mentioned that there are victims and wounded. Parliament honored the memory of the dead with a minute of silence.

It should be reminded that on the night of September 12-13, from 00:05, the units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces started to fire intensively at the Armenian positions from artillery and large-caliber rifles in the direction of Goris, Sotk, and Jermuk.

According to the RA Ministry of Defense, the enemy is using artillery, mortars, UAVs and large-caliber rifle weapons in the directions of Vardenis, Sotk, Artanish, Ishkhanasar, Goris, and Kapan, targeting both military and civil infrastructures.
