President of Azerbaijan Ilmah Aliyev received Toivo Klaar, the special envoy of the European Union in the South Caucasus, at his residence in Baku today.

“During the meeting, ideas were exchanged regarding the improvement of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, the negotiation process aimed at concluding a peace treaty, and the meeting held in Brussels on November 3,” said the press service of the President of Azerbaijan.
