Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan called Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

As reported by Minval.az, Erdogan congratulated Aliyev and the Azerbaijanis on behalf of himself and the Turkish people, on the occasion of the transfer of Berdzor town of Kashatagh region, as well as Aghavno and Sus villages under the control of Azerbaijan as a result of the 44-day war in Artsakh.

Earlier, the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures of Artsakh, Hayk Khanumyan, had warned the residents that they should leave Aghavno, Berdzor, and Sus by August 25. 
Since yesterday, August 26, the Azerbaijani army has been stationed in the Berdzor administrative center of the Kashatagh region of Artsakh, as well as in the villages of Aghavno and Sus.
