Latest updates on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border
As of September 18 at 22:00, there was no change in the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
On September 17, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan reported that there are 284 wounded as a result of military operations, two of which, according to the Azerbaijani side, are civilians.
According to the Ministry of Defense, 43 of the 282 injured servicemen returned to the army after receiving first aid, 115 are in good condition, 103 are in moderate condition, and 21 are in critical condition.
The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan also updated the list of victims. It is noted that the number of victims has reached 79.
As for the Armenian side, there are two confirmed victims among civilians. The investigation is ongoing in that regard. Today, on September 17, Argishti Kyaramyan, the chairman of the RA Investigative Committee informed.
“One was killed as a result of targeting the straight road. Yes, we also have a case where an ambulance was targeted,” he said.
Later on September 17, the RA Ministry of Defense reported that Azerbaijan handed over to Armenia the bodies of 32 servicemen who were killed as a result of Azerbaijan’s attack on Armenia.
According to him, criminal cases related to initiating an act of aggression and committing a number of international humanitarian violations have been initiated by the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan. Criminal cases were also initiated under the article of corporal punishment.
According to Siranush Sahakyan, the representative of the interests of Armenian prisoners at the European Court of Human Rights, as a result of another aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan, the Armenian side has at least 20 new prisoners of war, although, at the moment, only 10 of them have been identified.

The CSTO mission group visited the border of Armenia and Azerbaijan
The CSTO mission group in Armenia, led by Colonel-General Anatoly Sidorov, conducted observation in several parts of the border with Azerbaijan.
The Armenian military demonstrated the consequences of shelling in the territory of one of the air defense military units. The mission also visited Goris city and Akner village in the Syunik region, where a residential house was damaged as a result of an artillery shell.
