The Secretary of the Security Council of Azerbaijan Ramil Usubov touched upon the situation in the region in an interview. He noted that after the end of the 44-day war, the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan held 7 face-to-face and online meetings on the initiative of the Presidents of Russia, the European Council and France.

“The fact is that the content of the negotiations and the agenda of peace are unequivocally decided by Ilham Aliyev. At the request of Aliyev, the expressions “Nagorno-Karabakh conflict” and “status” are no longer used in the negotiations. Ilham Aliyev presented his proposals on ensuring peace, security and development in the region,” Ramil Usubov said.
