Police detained two citizens near the government building who were protesting the situation on the Artsakh-Azerbaijan contact line.

The woman was detained when she held a poster with the name of Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan and some profanity about him, and the man, director Hovhannes Ishkhanyan, was taken into custody when he was asking the police officer on what basis the participant of the action was being taken and to which police department.
