By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia Armen Pambukhchyan was appointed Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia.

By the decision of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Armen Pambukhchyan was previously dismissed from the post of First Deputy Minister for Emergency Situations.

On April 1, Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan signed a decree on the release of Andranik Piloyan from the post of Minister of Emergency Situations.
