Armen Grigoryan, the secretary of the RA Council of Ministers, met with Igor Khovaev, the Russian Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, and the special representative of the Russian Foreign Minister, Igor Khovaev.

According to the Security Council, the interlocutors at the meeting discussed the ongoing negotiations on the conclusion of the Armenian-Azerbaijani peace treaty, the implementation of the points of the November 9 declaration and the blockade of the Lachin Corridor by Azerbaijan, and the resulting humanitarian crisis.
