On November 14, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh, Davit Babayan, and the Head of the Foreign Ministry of the Transnistrian Republic of Moldova, Vitaly Ignatiev, had a formal meeting, Artsakh Foreign Ministry reports.

The parties exchanged ideas on topics related to regional processes, and conflict settlement trends. The maintenance and expansion of relations between the two countries’ foreign ministries were emphasized.

Minister Babayan expressed his concern regarding the recent energy crisis in Transnistria and noted that the people of Transnistria live in Artsakh. The minister also expressed hope that the leadership of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic (PMR) will stabilize the situation as soon as possible.
