Ilham Aliyev announced that Azerbaijan will need about 30 years and 25 billion dollars to solve the demining problem in the territories under its control.

Speaking at the Astana Summit of the Asian Cooperation and Confidence Building Measures Conference, Aliyev noted that more than 250 Azerbaijani citizens were killed or seriously injured by a mine explosion in two years after the end of the war in Artsakh.

He once again accused Armenia of “organizing border provocations”, adding that Baku is ready to sign a peace agreement with Yerevan.
