As of now, firefighting works are being carried out in 4 locations. 6 tractors of the municipality, 2 dump trucks, 2 water carriers, and 2 ambulance crews were also involved in the works.
As of 10:00 a.m., 21 of the 56 citizens who applied to medical centers in Yerevan continue to receive treatment, and the remaining 35, having received appropriate medical care, were discharged.
As a result of search and rescue operations, the bodies of 6 citizens were found (Misak Margaryan, born in 1964, Anahit Mkhitaryan, born in 1967, Jemma Nazaryan, born in 1960, Anahit Khalatyan, Vardan Kocharyan, born in 1960 and Gayane Avetisyan, born in 1966).
The Minister of Emergency Situations Armen Pambukhchyan coordinates the fire fighting at the scene.
RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was present at the scene.
