The CSTO has not received an official request from Armenia in connection with the aggravation of the situation on the border with Azerbaijan, CSTO spokesperson Vladimir Zaynetdinov said, RIA Novosty reports.

“The CSTO is closely following the situation. The CSTO has not received an official request from the  Armenian side. We believe that the conflict should be resolved only through peaceful political and diplomatic means,” Zaynetdinov said.
