According to the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, a telephone conversation took place between the Defense Ministers of Russia and Azerbaijan.

“The situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border was discussed. Sergey Shoygu expressed readiness to make efforts to end hostilities and stabilize the situation”.
