Official Baku has never refused negotiations on normalization of relations with Yerevan, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov says.

He stressed that Baku is open to holding meetings at different levels on this issue and didn’t rule out the possibility of such meetings in the future.

“If it requires meetings, we are open to them. We are always ready to settle relations in accordance with international norms and principles,” Bayramov said.
