On August 23, 2021, an extraordinary session of the Collective Security Council of the CSTO is scheduled to be held via videoconference, during which the situation in Afghanistan and its impact on the security of the CSTO member states will be discussed. 

 

The session will be chaired by the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
