The Ministry of Defense of Armenia informs that on July 28, at around 3:40 am, the subdivisions of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces once again resorted to provocation and violated the ceasefire in the north-eastern part of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.

“Local battles are taking place. The entire responsibility for the aggravation of the situation falls on the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan,” -the message of the Armenian Defense Ministry reads.
