The RA NA Vice President, the NA Acting President Hakob Arshakyan together with the NA Vice President Ruben Rubinyan, the Head of the NA Civil Contract Faction Hayk Konjoryan laid a wreath at Alexander Myasnikyan statue, paying tribute to the memory of 1 March 2008 victims.
