EU welcomes news about meeting in Moscow between Armenian and Turkish representatives, Toivo Klaar, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, wrote on Twitter. 

“We welcome news about meeting in Moscow between Armenian and Turkish representatives. Normalisation of relations and opening of communications is an important objective that the EU fully supports,” Klaar wrote.
