Toivo Klaar, the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, expressed concern about the growing tension between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

“We are concerned about increase of tensions between Armenia and Azerbaijan this week. It’s important to defuse, address causes, and engage in work towards comprehensive settlement,” Klaar wrote on Twitter.
