In connection with the incident that occurred early in the morning, an Artsakh citizen is at the headquarters of the Russian peacekeeping contingent, the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Artsakh Gegham Stepanyan informs.

“During the discussions with the Russian side, we received explanations that the citizen of Artsakh was brought to them for security reasons and will be handed over to the law enforcement agencies of Artsakh in the coming hours. The Human Rights Defender’s office will visit the citizen to provide the necessary legal assistance.”
