The Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan has signed a decision on the appointment of Hovhannes Harutyunyan as Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure.

Hovhannes Harutyunyan is the former governor of the Shirak region, who was dismissed from his post on November 4.
