Arush Arushanyan decided to give up the mandate. He has issued a statement․
“Being included in the electoral list of the “Armenia” (Hayastan) alliance, today I submitted a statement on the refusal of the mandate.
I made this decision for the simple reason that not only do I not see myself in the legislature, but I also want to be close to you, to continue building our beloved community of Goris together with you.
At the same time, I want to inform you that I continue to support Robert Kocharyan, the second President of the Republic of Armenia, because I trust him with the protection of our Homeland and the rapid development of the country,” the statement reads.
