“Baku will adequately respond to Armenia’s positive steps to demarcate the border,” Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told this at a joint press conference with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar.

“Azerbaijan supports the gradual settlement of relations with Armenia in the post-conflict period on the basis of international law,” Bayramov said.

“It’s extremely important to start work on the demarcation and delimitation of the internationally recognized borders of the two countries as soon as possible. Azerbaijan is closely following this processes. Any positive step of the opposite side will be adequately perceived by us, and we will take positive steps,” Azerbaijani Foreign Minister added.
