“Despite all the difficulties Azerbaijan is ready to establish relations with Armenia on the basis of the principles of international law, in particular, recognition of sovereignty, territorial integrity and inviolability of the borders of countries”. This was stated by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at the meeting of the Council of CIS Foreign Ministers in Minsk.

He stated that Azerbaijan calls for the start of the process of demarcation and delimitation of the border.

“The opening of communication routes will benefit all countries of the region and strengthen the role of the South Caucasus in international transport programs,” Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said.
