The unblocking of communications with Armenia has partly started. This was stated by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev today at the meeting with newly appointed EU Ambassador in Baku. 

“Now I think one of the most important areas is the post-war development and the establishment of sustainable peace and cooperation. We want to turn the page. We want to establish relations with our neighbor Armenia and we are ready to start negotiations on a peace agreement, on delimitation, on opening communications,” Aliyev said.
