On September 21, President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan visited the First President of the Republic of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan in Yerevan on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Armenia and congratulated him on the Independence Day of the Republic of Armenia.

 

During the meeting issues related to the latest developments in Artsakh, clarification of the international status, as well as efforts to achieve it were discussed.
