civilnet.am Azerbaijani policemen are demanding $130 in cash from Iranian drivers on the Vorotan section of the Goris-Kapan road for driving through their territory. This was reported by Gevorg Tosunyan, the correspondent of Civilnet, who talked with the Iranian drivers.
