Charles Michel, the President of the European Council, touched upon the Armenian-Azerbaijani settlement in a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“Exchanged views on prospects for the Armenia-Azerbaijan settlement – confidence building and dialogue are needed”, Michel wrote on his Twitter.
