The trilateral negotiations on the opening of the Goris-Kapan interstate road between the Armenian, Russian and Azerbaijani sides are continuing. Gevorg Parsyan, the mayor of Kapan, said this in an interview with Armenpress.

According to the mayor in addition to the closure of the road, there were no other cases during this time and the situation didn’t affect the settlements of Kapan in any way.

Gevorg Parsyan has no idea when the negotiations will end or what will be the result, but in any case, he emphasizes the need for a positive outcome of the negotiations.
