By the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan was dismissed from the post of First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.

By another order Grigoryan was appointed Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia.

It should be noted that Grigoryan was appointed to the post of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs on July 14, 2021.
