By the decision of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan Avag Avanesyan was appointed Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Armenia. 

It should be noted that on August 18 he was dismissed from the post of Deputy Minister of Economy.
