As a result of the investigation carried out within the framework of the Law on Confiscation of Property of Illegal Origin, the property of the former head of the RA Police Vladimir Gasparyan was banned, the Public Relations Department of the RA Prosecutor General’s Office reports. 

“On June 18, Gasparyan has been invited to the prosecutor’s office for an explanation. According to the court decision, a ban was applied to Vladimir Gasparyan’s property,” the prosecutor’s office informed.

The Prosecutor’s Office added that taking into account the privacy of the investigation carried out within the framework of the Law on Civil Forfeiture of Illegal Assets, they could not provide information on the investigation of property that belongs to other people.
