Acting Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan had a telephone conversation with RF President Vladimir Putin.

President Putin congratulated Pashinyan on the successful conduct of snap parliamentary elections in Armenia and on his party’s victory.

The two leaders also referred to the situation in the region and the implementation of the provisions of the trilateral statements of November 9, 2020, and January 11, 2021. In this context, Nikol Pashinyan stressed the primary need for Armenian POWs’ return to their homeland.
