For the second time, the Administrative Court invalidated the decision of the Central Electoral Commission on recognizing the poster with the image of “Life and Freedom” (“Kyanq ev Azatutyun”) book by “Armenia” alliance’s PM candidate Robert Kocharyan with the caption “Building Armenia” associated with the electoral campaign.

It should be reminded that at the June 8 extraordinary sitting, the Central Electoral Commission had recognized the poster exceeding 5 square meters associated with the pre-election campaign.
